Heavy Duty, Fast Curing, Trafficable Waterproof Membrane system for Exposed / Suspended structures.

Profloor Deckproof – is a flexible, crack bridging, trafficable membrane, suited to a wide variety of waterproofing applications, where heavier traffic is expected. It’s rapid curing nature means that areas can be completed in short windows, often overnight, to minimize disruption. When compared to traditional Polyurethane Deck Membranes with slow cure times per coat, we can apply the entire 6 layer system in one continuous application, with less than 1 hour cure time between coats, ensuring that weather and other site conditions to not impact the integrity of the membrane system. Polyurethane membranes are typically installed as a “one coat per day” system, leaving subsequent coats exposed to rain and possible contamination between layers. Our MMA system is full trafficable after only 2 hours for Pedestrian and Vehicular traffic.

This makes it a perfect solution for leaking suspended decks such as carparks, stadium podiums, Suspended Walkways, Bridge Decks, Shopping Centre rooftops, and so forth, that require a hard wearing finish, with flexible, waterproof properties.
